Where can I view products?
www.sportswearcollection.com/rvathreads *Not all items are available for screen printing, e.g. hats.
You can add items to the cart and email the cart to yourself, which will automatically send to us so we can see items you want to order.
What is your turnaround time?
From payment to delivery is about 10-14 business days. We can rush orders for an additional charge. Please let us know prior to ordering if you need your order delivered by a specific date, fees will apply. We cannot guarantee a delivery date if you tell us after the order is placed.
Do you have a minimum order?
We have a minimum of 12 pieces (per design) on all orders. Our 12 piece minimum order is limited to 2 color printing.
Can I mix and match product styles/colors/sizes for price break?
Our pricing is based on the number of same design items. As long as the design remains consistent across all items, you will get a price break.
Can you color match my print colors?
Pantone color matching is available for an additional charge (depending on number of colors and quantity we need to mix). Otherwise, we have a large selection of stock ink colors that we use.
Can I change ink/print colors?
Yes, there is a $10/per color fee to swap print colors.
When do I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid in full before we move forward with print production.
Do you provide digital mockups?
Yes, we provide digital mockups for your approval.
How do I prep artwork files?
Designs should be sized to print at 300 DPI, or vector. If you are creating your designs in illustrator it is best to convert your text to outlines. If you're unsure about file types then please send us what you have. Artwork fees may apply if revisions are needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Garments are ordered from our supplier as soon as payment is confirmed. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after payment has been made.
Is there is a discounted rate on reorders?
Reorders are priced as a separate order and subject to pricing found on our pricing guide. Pricing may be higher/lower than your initial order, depending on quantity being ordered.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns on any items unless they are misprinted or defective. Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order if you have any issues with misprinted or defective products. We will provide a return shipping label to send back any unworn misprinted/defective items for replacement.
Please note that sizing varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Sizing guides are available for most products. We cannot accept returned products due to sizing.
