How do I place an order for screen printed shirts?

Where can I view all available products?

www.sportswearcollection.com/rvathreads.  Our most popular fashion-soft t-shirt is Bella Canvas 3001.  

What is the cheapest t-shirt option?

What is the turnaround time?

From payment to delivery is about 10-12 business days.  We can rush orders for an additional charge.  

Do you have a minimum order?

We have a minimum of 24 pieces on all orders.  Styles (t-shirt, sweatshirts, tank tops...) can be mixed to meet the minimum order quantity. 

When do I pay for my order?

All orders must be paid in full before we move forward with production.  Standard production/shipping turnaround time is 10-12 business days from when payment is received.

Can I mix t-shirt colors and sizes? 

T-shirt colors and sizes can be mixed as long artwork color stays the same.  Fees may apply to ink color changes and if the artwork needs to be resized for any items. 

Do you provide digital mock ups?

We provide digital mock ups for your approval.  Production does not begin until mock ups are approved.  Digital mock ups are for general design placement/colors and are not an exact representation of the final product.  Artwork will appear larger on smaller sizes/smaller on the larger sizes.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 24 pieces,  please view our pricing structure for more information.

Can I add to my order after it has been placed? 

Products cannot be added to an order after invoice is paid.  A new order meeting the minimum order quantity will need to be placed. 

Can I cancel my order?

No, we cannot cancel orders after an invoice has been paid. 

Do you charge screen/set-up fees?

Set-up fees are included in the pricing on our pricing guide.  Pricing is per design.  Screen fees only apply if you need your design resized for smaller/larger shirts.

How do I prep artwork files?

Designs should be sized to print at 300 DPI, or vector.  If you are creating your designs in illustrator it is best to convert your text to outlines.  If you're unsure about file types then please send us what you have.  Artwork fees may apply if revisions are needed.  We are not responsible for errors in customer artwork. 

Can you color match?

For an additional charge we can have your inks pantone color matched. Otherwise, we do our best to match print colors to your artwork colors based on how it's presented on screen.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns on any items unless they are misprinted or defective.  Email orders@rvathreads.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you have any issues with misprinted or defective products.  We will provide a return shipping label to send back any unworn misprinted/defective items for replacement. 

Please note that sizing varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.  Sizing guides are available for most products.
