Please read all questions & answers prior to ordering
How do I place an order for screen printed shirts?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to start an order. We will need the artwork file and product color/size breakdown.
Where can I view available products?
www.sportswearcollection.com/rvathreads *Not all items are available for screen printing, e.g. hats.
What is your turnaround time?
From payment to delivery is about 10-14 business days. We can rush orders for an additional charge. Please let us know prior to ordering if you need your order delivered by a specific date, fees may apply.
Do you have a minimum order?
We have a minimum of 24 pieces (per design) on all orders.
When do I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid in full before we move forward with production. Standard production/shipping turnaround time is 10-14 business days from when payment is received.
Can I mix t-shirt colors and sizes?
Yes, t-shirt colors and sizes may be mixed. One free ink color change included with all orders. Multiple color changes are an additional $10 per color.
Do you provide digital mock ups?
Yes, we provide digital mock ups for your approval.
Do you charge screen/set-up fees?
We do not charge screen or set up fees. Pricing on our pricing guide is per design. Additional fees apply if artwork needs to be resized.
How do I prep artwork files?
Designs should be sized to print at 300 DPI, or vector. If you are creating your designs in illustrator it is best to convert your text to outlines. If you're unsure about file types then please send us what you have. Artwork fees may apply if revisions are needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders are confirmed once invoice is paid. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of receiving payment, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns on any items unless they are misprinted or defective. Email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you have any issues with misprinted or defective products. We will provide a return shipping label to send back any unworn misprinted/defective items for replacement.
Please note that sizing varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Sizing guides are available for most products. We cannot accept returned products due to sizing unless sizing varies from posted specs.
